Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Wordorphin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. It is that simple.

What Wordorphin Is

Wordorphin is a fast-paced combo word game for iOS, developed and published by Monty Works. You swipe letters to form words, chain combos for score multipliers, and compete on leaderboards. Sessions last 45 seconds, but the progression goes much deeper with talents, skills, missions, and cosmetics.

Your Data and Account

Wordorphin does not require you to create an account. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices automatically.

In-App Purchases

Wordorphin is free to play. The game offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items and premium currency. Here is what you should know:

• All purchases are processed through Apple. We do not handle your payment information directly.
• Sparks are the premium currency. They can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Sparks are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Endorphin is the progression currency. It is earned through gameplay only and cannot be purchased.
• If you want a refund for a purchase, you will need to go through Apple directly. Angelo Montil cannot process refunds for App Store transactions.

Fair Play

We want Wordorphin to be fun and fair for everyone. When you use the app, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to manipulate scores
• Tamper with leaderboard results or misrepresent your performance
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract the game's source code
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

The leaderboard is meant to reflect real skill. We take that seriously.

Intellectual Property

Everything in Wordorphin, including the game design, code, artwork, animations, sounds, and the Wordorphin name, belongs to Angelo Montil. You are welcome to play the game, share screenshots, stream it, and talk about it. But you may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wordorphin is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the game running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will be bug-free, always available, or meet every expectation. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the game's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Angelo Montil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that come from your use of Wordorphin. This includes things like lost data, lost profits, or any issues caused by interruptions in service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wordorphin if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by simply deleting it from your device.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For major changes, we may notify you through the app. Continuing to use Wordorphin after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
